Looking for a groupSupport Discord

Find people to play with, and a team to play for.

One queue across every server running Dispresso, teams you can make, browse and apply to, and a chat with everybody who answers. You only ever see your own age group.

Nobody is queued right now

Post one

Post the first one and everybody who looks later sees you, here and in the LFG channel of every server that has one.

Sign in with Discord to see who is asking. You only ever see your own age group.

One queue, every server

Post what you want to play, the positions you need and how many, and it goes into a queue shared by every server running Dispresso, not just yours. Over a hundred games on PC, console and mobile.

A chat with everybody who answers

Somebody presses Interested and a chat opens between you two, here on the site and in the bot's DMs on Discord. Reply in either place. It is first names only, filtered like the rest of the platform, and you can walk away any time.

Teams, clans and orgs

Make a team with a name and a tag, pick your games, name the positions you are recruiting, link your Discord server, and take applications. Every team has its own group chat.

Your age group only

The 18+ and under 18 queues never see each other, and neither do their teams or their chats. Nobody is shown anything about you but your name unless you choose to share more.

Sign in with Discord to see the queue

The queue is shown to your own age group, so it needs to know who you are first.

In Discord the same queue is !lfg valorant duelist and !lfgqueue, your chats are !lfgchat, and your team answers to !lfgteam. The guide has the rest.

Run a Discord server? Put this queue in your channels.

Pick which channel gets which game, add the Find a group button, and every request from every server running Dispresso lands where you want it.

  1. 1

    Switch the module on

    /botdashboard

Open the LFG tile in the bot dashboard and switch it on, or do the same on the site at dispresso.co/dashboard/<your server id>/lfg. Nothing is posted in your server until it is on.

  2. 2

Point a channel at the queue

!lfgboard add #lfg-comp-pc marvel rivals comp pc

That channel now takes competitive PC Marvel Rivals requests from every server running Dispresso, not just yours. Leave the mode off and it takes every mode of the game. Leave the game off and the channel becomes the catch all: it takes everything your server has no channel for, so a request only ever lands once.

  3. 3

    Put the button in it

    !lfgboard panel #channel

This posts the Find a group panel. Members press it, say how many they want and which positions, and the request goes out without anybody typing a command. The panel keeps itself at the bottom of the channel: when people talk under it, it is posted again below the new messages and the old copy is deleted, so the channel never fills up with dead panels.

The rest of the verbs

  • !lfgboard audience #channel adult

Whose requests land there. adult is the default and carries 18+ only; under18 carries under-18 requests only. everyone makes it your server's own 13+ board: it shows only requests typed in your server, from any age group, and never another server's. The chat behind Interested still stays within one age group; the voice room is open to everybody in the server.

  • !lfgboard rooms Voice Channels

Name a category and every request posted in your server gets its own voice channel in it, called something like MR VC 1 - Alex, with room for as many people as they asked for plus themselves. Whoever posted it is moved in when they are already in voice, the card carries a way in, and somebody joining takes one of the spots, so the request counts down as the room fills. Drag the channel's user limit and the request follows it. The room goes when the request is over.

  • !lfgboard voice #channel on

When somebody in your server posts while sitting in a voice channel they were already in, their card carries a Join their voice button, a two hour invite.

  • !lfgboard teams #channel marvel rivals

Posts a card with an Apply button when a team for that game is made or opens spots.

  • !lfgboard list

Every channel you have pointed at the queue, and what each one takes.

  • !lfgboard remove #channel

Stops posting there, and takes the panel down with it.

All of it needs Manage Server and the module switched on. Every one of these is a slash command too, under /lfg board: add, panel, audience, voice, rooms, teams, list and remove, with the channel, the category and the game as fields.

If you would rather click than type, the same boards are on the site at dispresso.co/dashboard/<your server>/lfg, where you can add them, set the audience and take them off again. Posting the button stays a Discord command on purpose: the bot has to put that message in the channel itself.
